Job summary
As a garage Supervisor you will oversees the daily operations of a vehicle maintenance facility. They manage the mechanical staff, ensure vehicle safety and compliance, control parts inventory, and coordinate work schedules to keep fleet or customer vehicles running efficiently

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of workshop staff
• Allocate jobs and manage workloads to meet deadlines and productivity targets
• Ensure all work is completed the highest quality standards
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support, mentor, and train workshop technicians and apprentices
• Monitor equipment, tools, and workshop resources to ensure they are maintained and used correctly
• Liaise with management and other departments regarding workflow, parts, and scheduling
• Assist with diagnostics, repairs, or technical tasks when required.
Qualifications .
Has a minimum Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
Has 5+ years’ experience managing a busy workshop
Is hands-on with vehicle diagnosis and troubleshooting
Can lead a team and manage workshop operations effectively
Holds a valid driving license (Classes A, B, C & E)
Previous experience in a workshop or technical environment overseeing and mentoring technicians
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team-management abilities
