Our client, a BBQ restaurant known as is looking for a General Hotel Supervisor who can grow with the establishment.
The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and possesses strong leadership skills to supervise a team effectively. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of 40 staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement strategies for business development, including networking, sales initiatives, and promotional activities. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate activities and ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies for operations. Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. Must have a Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Proven track record in networking, sales, and business development. Mature in character, able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
