Role Description

This is a contract-based and fully remote Gynecologist position. The Gynecologist will interact with patients through telemedicine consultations to diagnose, treat, and manage gynecological and obstetric conditions. Responsibilities include providing expert medical advice, offering personalized care, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and conducting follow-up consultations. The role also includes prescribing medication as necessary and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when required to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics for diagnosing, treating, and managing a range of women’s health conditions.
• Expertise in specialized areas such as Gynecologic Surgery or procedures requiring advanced surgical knowledge.
• Strong medical knowledge and experience in Medicine and Surgery relevant to holistic patient care.
• Current medical license and certification to practice gynecology and obstetrics in Kenya, with adherence to ethical medical practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for delivering culturally sensitive and patient-focused care.
• Comfortable using digital tools for teleconsultations and virtual communication with patients.
• Experience in telemedicine or remote healthcare services is a plus.
