Job Description/Requirements

# About you:The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and organization skills with the ability to manage their own workload independently. A proficiency with MS Excel and reporting will stand a candidate in good stead as you will be required to run regular reports to identify and manage your workload in this role. Customer service skills will also be beneficial for candidates as this is an applicant facing role and you will need to liaise with and provide support to any potential applicants. We are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria ** 1. Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) with proficiency in English and Mathematics2. Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy in delivery of work3. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large workloads independently5. Experience of delivering multiple priorities and working under pressure to tight deadlines6. Experience providing high volume recruitment administration7. High level of interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people **Desirable criteria** 1. Knowledge of HR best practice and previous experience of working within a HR setting2.
