Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Interview Coordination: Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment support, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, updating candidate status in the recruitment system, and arranging interview logistics.
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation: Support new hire onboarding processes by preparing employment documents, coordinating system access and workstation setup, guiding new employees through company onboarding procedures, and organizing complete onboarding files.
- HR Records Management: Maintain and update employee HR records and internal databases, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and stored confidentially.
- Attendance & Data Support: Help complete weekly and monthly attendance checking, assist with compiling attendance data, resolve basic attendance discrepancies, and finish other HR-related data entry tasks as required.
- Support other ad-hoc HR projects assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or other related fields
- Proficient in common office software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and HR management systems
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in HR (internship experience is acceptable)
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to protecting the confidentiality of employee information
