Job Summary

A Human Resource Manager who will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, leave administration and enforcing company policies and practices.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor

Job Description/Requirements

1.      Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

2.      Coordinating with the School leadership to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.

3.      Oversee the Company’s recruitment, interview, selection, hiring process and induction process of new employees.

4.      Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

5.      Provides support and guidance to staff members in liaison with the leadership when complex, specialized and sensitive questions or issues arise.   

6.      Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

7.      Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

8.      Maintains compliance with the relevant Government authorities.

9.      Being a breast with the Labour Laws, Employment Act and regulations and recommending best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

10.  Developing, implementing and monitoring overall HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Company strategy

11.  Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

12.  Nurture a positive working environment

13.  Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. 


SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

1.      Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

2.      Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

3.      Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

4.      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5.      Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

6.      Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

7.      Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.

8.      Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

9.      A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.

10.  Must have a CHRP Certificate
