JOB SUMMARY
Qualification and ExperienceDiploma or Certificate in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field requiredMinimum of 1 year experience in a sales, retail, or customer service roleExperience recommending products and advising customers based on their needsStrong interest in natural wellness, herbal, and nutritional productsPrevious experience in a wellness store, pharmacy, organic shop, or health-focused retail is an added advantageSocial media acumen, including ability to create and engage content on Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and TikTokComputer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointFamiliarity with Canva and similar content creation toolsAbility to translate nutrition knowledge into practical product recommendations
