Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Insurance Sales Specialist is based in Mombasa with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, maintaining and expanding a portfolio of insurance products, and providing top-notch customer service. The role also involves collaborating with insurance brokers and partners, and staying updated on the latest industry trends to ensure relevance and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Insurance Sales and extensive knowledge of insurance products
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong organizational skills
• Relevant professional certifications or qualifications in insurance or a related field are an added advantage
