RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage CARE Academy
Manage CARE Academy, propose, develop, and co-create training programmes for the Academy. Create and identify new content and market to staff across CARE Coordinate and track nomination, participation, and evaluation of learning programmes Track trends: research new approaches in the L&D industry and advise P&C leaders on how to help people learn and enhance organizational effectiveness. Point of contact with external vendors providing CARE Academy and bespoke coursesManage Global Learning, Analyze Learning Needs & Evaluate Learning Impact
Understand, assess, and report Learning needs and priorities, based on the organizational and people strategies. Collect, analyze, and categorize all learning needs from performance and talent reviews, succession planning, employees, and line management. Support in the identification, design and implementation of solutions and interventions to learning needs. Evaluate learning and development initiatives by tracking learning metrics and using data to make the case for additional investmentsLeadership Development
Provide leadership and coordination of Leadership development, including the seamless launch of bespoke programmes such as the Mentorship, global mobility, coaching, and Internship program among others. Coordinate and track nomination, participation, and evaluation of Leadership programmes. Point of contact with external vendors providing leadership development interventions Career Development programs: support execution of employee promotion and career-pathing initiativesGlobal onboarding management
Provide leadership and drive adoption of best practices in onboarding programs and orientation across CARE USA Develop and implement a global onboarding framework Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs & RMU/CO Leadership in the successful rollout of onboarding across CARE USA. Own and manage the CARE USA Onboarding elearning program housed in CARE. Evaluate the effectiveness of Onboarding and track Key metrics to help improve the process Orientation & Onboarding E-learning managementQUALIFICATIONS:
3 – 5 years experience managing Learning and Development, Experience in building and managing in-person, virtual instructor-led, and blended learning training content. Undergraduate/Advanced Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education or other relevant field, Professional certification in the management of training, learning needs assessment, instructional design or techniques. Ability to build good relationships and partnerships across technical teams and in a multicultural global workforce. Ability to make logical, well-balanced, and reasoned decisions. Able to proactively develop team dynamics and performance, ensuring quality standards are consistently achieved. Experience working with or managing a Learning Management System. Resourcefulness: Drive discovery and adoption of new content and best practices. Organizational skills: Methodical and adhere to timelines. Multitask: Ability to manage multiple tasks that are at different stages is no problem for you. Computer skills: Comfortable using with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and scheduling software. Collaborative spirit. Actively listens and communicates. Connect easily with diverse teams and gain their trust and respect. Ease at rolling up their sleeves and help others out.
