Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mombasa for a Life Assurance Sales Agent at APA Insurance Limited. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and approaching prospective customers, educating them about life assurance and pension products, and selling suitable insurance solutions tailored to their needs. The agent will maintain strong professional relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure timely follow-ups. Duties also include staying updated on insurance products and market trends, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to enhance business growth.
Qualifications

• MUST be Domiciled in Mombasa.
• A certificate of proficiency in insurance or willingness to get one
• IRA licence is highly advantageous
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Proven skills in Sales, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Knowledge of Insurance principles and products, particularly Life Assurance and Pension plans.
• Willingness to undergo Training to understand specific product offerings, company policies, and market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work collaboratively as part of a team.
