Job Purpose
Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of their international client in the manufacturing industry is seeking
is seeking seeking a reliable and skilled Logistic & Pallet Line Operator to join their logistics
team within the Central Warehouse / Green Land Transport division. The Logistic & Pallet Line
Operator will be responsible for operating pallet line machinery and handling equipment to
support efficient warehouse and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate pallet line machinery and related equipment safely and efficiently to prepare shipments.
• Load, unload and stack products on pallets according to established procedures.
• Inspect pallet line machinery daily and report faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure accurate labelling, documentation, and tracking of palletized goods.
• Assist with inventory control and physical stock counts as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse team members to maintain workflow and meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area in compliance with company safety policies.
• Follow established health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

Qualifications
✓ Proven experience operating pallet line machinery or similar warehouse equipment.
✓ Prior experience with corrugation/box/carton manufacturing environments.
✓ Skilled in the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor systems, or similar material handling tools
(certification an advantage).
✓ Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics workflows.
✓ Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
✓ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✓ Basic literacy in reading labels, product codes and routine documentation.
