Maintenance Manager

Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities supporting Cross Path Capital’s e-commerce operations, ensuring minimal downtime and safe, efficient performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance personnel or vendors, and responding to urgent repair requests. The Maintenance Manager will track maintenance activities, manage service records, and collaborate with operations and logistics teams to prioritize critical tasks. The role also involves reviewing maintenance processes, recommending improvements, managing budgets related to maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Maintenance Management and Supervisory Skills to oversee maintenance activities and guide on-site and external teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to diagnose issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure reliable operation of machinery and facilities.
• Candidates should possess experience in Preventive Maintenance to plan, schedule, and implement routine inspections that reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in facilities or industrial maintenance within logistics, warehousing, or e-commerce environments is beneficial.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
