Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
● Conducting comprehensive testing of electrical systems and components, including circuits, wiring, and controls.
● Rigorously testing equipment to validate operational functionality.
● Performing thorough equipment analysis and executing maintenance procedures as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
● Identifying and promptly reporting quality and safety deficiencies.
● Investigating equipment failures to determine root causes and devising appropriate solutions for restoration.
● Configuring equipment parameters, such as temperature, voltage, or current controls, to meet operational requirements.
● Vigilantly monitoring the electroplating process to uphold quality standards.
● Performing essential quality assessments to uphold product integrity.
● Communicating production process issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Person Specifications
● Demonstrated enjoyment and proficiency in physical work and equipment handling.
● Preferential experience with reverse osmosis plants and mortar work.
● Proficient in the operation of hand tools, including Digital Multimeter (DMM), and fault testing equipment.
● A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong inclination toward finding effective solutions.
● Solid understanding and experience in interpreting blueprints, as well as installing and repairing electrical equipment.
● Familiarity with pipework and plumbing fundamentals.
● Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
● Enthusiasm for embracing and adapting to new technologies.
● Knowledge and experience in working with rectifiers, electrical heaters, and surface pumps.
● Proficient in documentation practices.
Qualifications
● Diploma/Degree in either Electrical Engineering/Electromechanical/Mechatronics
● 1- 2 years exposure in industrial setup.
