Requirements:
- Diploma Or Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Or A Related Field.
- Strong Mechanical Troubleshooting And Breakdown-Maintenance Skills.
- Ability To Work Shifts And Respond Effectively To Urgent Equipment Breakdowns.
- Candidates Should Be Hands-On, Safety-Conscious, Reliable, Able To Work Under Pressure, And Capable Of Working Independently As Well As As Part Of A Production And Maintenance Team.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 Years Of Hands-On Industrial Maintenance Experience Preferably In A Beverage, Water Bottling, Food-Processing, Or Manufacturing Plant.
- Demonstrated Experience With Filling, Packaging, Labelling, Compressors, Pumps, Conveyors, Utilities, And Production Equipment.
- Practical Experience In Water Bottling, Beverage Processing, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Alcoholic Beverage Production, Or Similar Manufacturing Plants Will Have An Added Advantage.
Duties:
- Operate, Maintain, Inspect, And Repair Production And Processing Equipment.
- Troubleshoot And Respond Promptly To Mechanical Breakdowns To Minimize Production Downtime.
- Maintain And Repair Filling, Packaging, Labelling, And Related Bottling Machinery.
- Maintain Compressors, Pumps, Conveyors, Motors, And Industrial Utility Systems.
- Support Maintenance Of Purified Water Production And Treatment Equipment.
- Support Maintenance Of Carbonated Soft Drink And Beverage Processing Equipment.
- Carry Out Preventive And Corrective Maintenance And Assist With Equipment Installation And Commissioning.
- Identify Recurring Equipment Problems And Recommend Practical Corrective Actions.
- Maintain Proper Maintenance Records, Tools, And Spare-Parts Requirements.
- Comply With Company Safety, Hygiene, And Food/Beverage Production Standards.
