Medical Facilitator – Kenya

Since Healing With India is a medical facilitator (not a healthcare provider), the role should focus on patient coordination, lead generation, and non-clinical support.

 About the Role

Healing With India is looking for a Medical Facilitator in Kenya to help patients access affordable, high-quality medical treatment in India. This is a non-clinical role focused on patient guidance and coordination.

 Key Responsibilities

•  Generate and follow up with patient leads across Kenya.
• Educate patients and families about Healing With India's services and partner hospitals in India.
• Collect and coordinate medical reports for review by partner hospitals.
• Arrange online consultations between patients and Indian hospitals/doctors.
• Assist patients with medical visa documentation, travel, and accommodation planning.
• Maintain regular communication with patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Build relationships with local clinics, doctors, NGOs, and community organizations for referrals.
• Submit weekly reports on leads, consultations, and patient conversions.

 Qualifications

• Excellent English and Swahili communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, sales, or medical tourism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
•  Ability to travel within Kenya for outreach and awareness programs.
