Job Description/Requirements

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
  •  Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and clinical evidence.
  •  Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
  •  Negotiation: Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers.
  •  Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  •  Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  •  Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  •  Sales Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.


Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  •  An Experience of 3 to 5 years.
  •  Proven experience in medical sales or a related field.
  •  Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  •  Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
