The MEP Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The role involves reviewing tender documents, analyzing project requirements, preparing BOQs, and ensuring competitive and profitable bids.

Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents for MEP works.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Analyze material, labor, and equipment costs.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
Identify risks and prepare cost contingencies.
Maintain a database of historical costs and vendor rates.
Support post-tender negotiations and clarifications.
