Reports to:Field Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for setting up a system for monitoring improvements and impact at field level, assessing field reports and undertaking regular field visits to verify data submitted. He / She will also be required to implement computerized monitoring programs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The candidate should hold be educated to degree level and be highly computer literate
- Possess at least five (5) years of experience in monitoring and evaluating progress in agricultural environmental projects.
- He / She should be an expert in Monitoring and Evaluation
- Good understanding of coffee production systems is an advantage.
- Possess a valid license to ride a motorbike.
