Experience:  Minimum 5 Years Of Professional Experience Caring For Newborns And Toddlers. Demonstrated Experience With Infants Under 6 Months. Experience With Sleep Training Methods And Baby Led Weaning Is Desired.

Salary:  Kshs. 60,000 - 70,000 Plus Free Accommodation & Meals Plus Health Insurance And 1 Return Flight Home Per Year

Responsibilities:- 

• Child Safety & Well Being: Provide Constant Supervision To Ensure A Safe Environment. Follow Safe Sleep Practices For Infants. Baby Proof Areas As The Child Becomes Mobile. Monitor Developmental Progress And Report Concerns To Parents. Recognize Signs Of Illness And Communicate Promptly. Administer Medication Only With Parental Instruction. 
• Feeding & Nutrition: Prepare And Sterilize Bottles For Newborns. Support Breastfeeding Routines If Applicable. Introduce And Prepare Age-Appropriate Solid Foods. Encourage Self-Feeding As Developmentally Appropriate. Clean Feeding Equipment And Highchairs. Track Feeding Times And Quantities (If Requested). 
• Diapering & Hygiene: Change Diapers Promptly And Maintain Hygiene. Establish Toilet Training Routines When Developmentally Appropriate. Bathe The Child And Maintain Grooming. Wash And Organize Childs Laundry. Maintain Cleanliness Of Nursery And Play Areas. 
• Sleep & Routine Management: Establish And Maintain Consistent Nap And Bedtime Routines. Soothe And Comfort Infant During Sleep Transitions. Monitor Baby During Naps. Adjust Schedules As Child Grows. Support Sleep Training Methods As Agreed With Parents. 
• Developmental & Educational Activities: Monitor Child Development In Various Stages From Early Stage To Toddler Stage Of 3-4 Years. Tummy Time And Sensory Stimulation. Encourage Crawling, Sitting, Standing. Plan Structured Play And Learning Activities. Introduce Early Language Development Exercises. Encourage Problem-Solving And Social Skills. Support Emotional Regulation And Independence. 
• Emotional & Social Development: Provide A Warm, Nurturing, And Secure Attachment. Encourage Positive Behavior And Gentle Discipline. Foster Curiosity And Creativity. 
• Household Responsibilities (Childrelated Only): Keep Nursery, Toys, Bottles, And Play Areas Clean And Organized. Organize Childs Wardrobe As Sizes Change. Restock Baby Supplies (Inform Parents When Low). Maintain A Daily Log Of Feeding, Naps, Activities, And Milestones. 
• Parent Collaboration: Communicate Daily Updates. Work Closely With Parents On Routines And Parenting Preferences. Support Milestone Tracking. Adapt Caregiving As Child Transitions From Infant To Toddler Stage.
