Network Support Intern, Specialized in providing Tier 1 & 2 remote technical support to offshore clients. Rigorous testing for diverse software system applications to suite potential clients.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist with the physical installation of networking hardware, including routers, switches, access points, and cabling (Cat6, Fiber).
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Use network monitoring tools to identify connectivity issues and assist in resolving tickets related to Wi-Fi drops, VPN access, and slow performance.
- Configuration Support: Help configure basic VLANs, SSID settings, and IP addressing under the supervision of senior staff.
