The scope of the Operations Manager will include managing all farm activities including Security and administrative responsibilities within the farm.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in:
- Management of a diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge in Real IPM Products especially the Natural Enemy will be an added advantage
The individual must:
- Be innovative with proven track record of high performance
- Good interpersonal skills
- An excellent communicator in English
The position is based in Lulu Farm Embu.
