JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & Experience• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management,Petroleum Management, or related discipline.• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in terminal operations, depot operations, inventorymanagement, fuel logistics, or petroleum operations.• Experience in inventory reconciliation, custody transfer, quantity assurance, and stockmanagement.• Experience managing third-party terminal operations and contractor interfaces.• Knowledge of petroleum measurement, reconciliation, loss control, and export verificationprocesses.Skills & Competencies• Inventory management and stock governance.• Quantity assurance and transit loss investigation.• Product quality management and contamination control.• Custody transfer and documentation control.• Root Cause Analysis and incident investigation techniques
