Organizational Capacity Strengthening Officer

The Organizational Capacity Strengthening Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating organizational capacity development initiatives of grassroots organizations. He/she will work with country leads to identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive capacity-building strategies to enhance the capacity of the organizations. The Officer will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including staff members and external partners, to provide capacity-strengthening training, technical assistance, and guidance on organizational development processes. The primary objective is to build the organization’s capabilities, enhance its performance, and foster sustainability.
