V/NO.12/2021: Paralegal Secretaries JOB GROUP ‘H’ (1 POST)
Duties and responsibilities:-
Duties and responsibilities will entail:
(i) opening legal files;
(ii) receiving and retrieving files;
(iii) photocopying file documents;
(iv) receiving and dispatching legal correspondence;
(v) photocopying filing documents; and
(vi) recording all legal files in the registry.
Requirements for appointment:-
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:-
(i) Diploma in Law or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
(ii) Current Process Server Certificate or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution; and
(iii)Certificate in computer applications skills.
