PET/Glass Bottle Filler Machine Operator

Location: Acre Itano, between Kikuyu and Limuru towns

Salary: Kshs. 40,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate PET/Glass bottle filling machines for juice and water products.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of filling machines to meet production targets.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on filling machines to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions and address them promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the filling area to ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production goals.
• Keep accurate records of production output, machine maintenance, and any quality control checks.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in machine operation and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operating PET/Glass bottle-filling machines.
• Proficiency in boiler operation.
• Knowledge of basic welding techniques and basic electrical systems.
• A degree in plant operation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
