Diploma in General Agriculture.
At least three years’ experience in a busy farm.
Understand poultry business practices.
Leadership ability as well as a team player.
Good communication and computer skills.
Keen eye on details.

Managing a team of six or more team players in different roles.
Formulate farm procedures and routines to be undertaken.
In charge of the Hatching process.
Record keeping on inventories of poultry farm.
Poultry Houses maintenance.
Engage with the sales department when we have ready birds for sale.
Liaise with HR personnel in case need of casual workers needed during peak
season.
Coordinates chicken processing to market.
Ensure quality assurance of processed products.
