Tezza Business Solutions Ltd is a “niche” service provider of Software Development, Quality Assurance and Software Testing services. Tezza began its operations as Web Development company in in Overland Park, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom PowerApps solutions to automate banking processes and improve operational efficiency Design and implement SharePoint sites and portals for internal communication, document management, and collaboration Create workflows and forms to digitize banking operations and customer-facing processes Integrate PowerApps with SharePoint, core banking systems, and other financial services platforms Ensure all developed solutions comply with banking industry security standards and regulations. Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users on PowerApps and SharePoint solutions. Stay updated on fintech trends and emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related technical field. 4+ years of experience in PowerApps and SharePoint development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector Strong proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development Familiarity with Microsoft suite and related technologies (e.g., Power BI, Teams) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with REST APIs and web services integration Understanding of banking processes and financial services industry regulations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication abilities and experience working in cross-functional teams Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate) will be an added advantage. Experience with agile development methodologies will be a plus. Strong exposure to data protection and security.
