PRODUCTION & QHSE ASSISTANT

• Administrating the Company’s health and safety statistics and records.

• Assisting with Health, Safety and Environment work inspections.

• Assisting in compiling the manufacturing records and filing hard copies.

• Assisting with developing the QHSE management systems as required.

• Carrying out Laboratory analysis in accordance with clients’ requirements and specifications, retain samples and keep track of the records of the batches.

• Ensuring that employees put on the right PPE’s as per recommendations of the Safety Data Sheets of the different raw materials and products.

• Assisting in carrying out inductions of the new personnel.

• Carrying out as instructed any task as deemed reasonable by the Head of Department or Management in the interest of the Company.

• Ensuring that production is carried out in an effective and efficient manner as per the established procedures.

• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.

• Timely updating of quality plans/process sheets.

• Ensuring that all the available tools are applied to the maximum including but not limited to QMS, GMP, OHSAS and EMS.

• Actively participating in Management Systems Development, Establishment, Implementation, Evaluation and Improvement in the company i.e.

- Quality Management Systems.

- Good manufacturing practices.

- Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

- Environmental Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BSc Analytical Chemistry/ BSc Chemical & Process Engineering.

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

Self-driven to accomplish goals and tasks, Flexible, Team cautious and cooperative, practical and innovative.
