PROGRAM ASSISTANT/ COORDINATOR -KILIFI COUNTY

Responsibilities.

1. Mapping new childcare centers into the Kidogo network.

2. Recruiting and Training caregivers.

3. Organize logistics for monthly Mamapreneurs trainings to ensure they take place as planned.

4. Provide guidance and mentorship to community field officers who work hand-in-hand with our mamapreneurs.

5. In-center mentorship, quality assessment and reporting .

6. Relationship management with key stakeholders.

7. Ensure successful program roll out and implementation.

8. Assist in developing departmental strategies for scale.

Qualifications and Background.

1.Degree in Early Childhood Education/ Development

2.Experience in Social work/Community development is an added advantage

3.Basic computer literacy (Email, Internet, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word)

4.English and Swahili fluency

5.Willingness to commit a minimum of 2 years

6.Previous experience in urban informal settlements or lower income communities is a bonus!
