JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to manage the end-to-end sales process of our real estate projects. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to the final closing of their property purchase.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation: Promote property sales through targeted advertisements, strategic marketing initiatives and key is own driven initiatives of generating individual viable and credible leads.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Consultative Selling: Analyze clients financial abilities and specific needs to propose the most suitable property solutions.Site Coordination: Schedule and lead professional site visits, showcasing property features to prospective buyers.Expert Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, responding to inquiries and assisting buyers through the purchasing process in alignment with company policies.Proactive Communication: Keep clients updated on upcoming projects, market trends, and investment opportunities.Quality Control: Ensure all documentation is accurately completed by prospects in compliance with regulatory standards.Market Intelligence: Stay current on real estate market trends, pricing, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
