DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property to ensure smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate and supervise regular maintenance, repairs, and cleaning activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety
- hazards, and overall condition.
- Ensure the property is secure at all times, including managing security personnel or systems if applicable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, or
- requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, expenses, and tenant interactions.
- Liaise with contractors, service providers, and vendors for specialized services.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and manage property utilities and resources efficiently.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma in Property Management, Facility Management, or a related field
- Must be above 30 years of age
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Property Caretaker or in a similar property management role
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, repair, and facility management procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective tenant liaison
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate with service providers
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies effectively
- Integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
