Our client, a leading real estate company, is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient management of the company’s properties, ensuring high occupancy levels, timely rent collection, tenant satisfaction, proper maintenance

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties.

• Oversee tenant relations, including onboarding, complaints, queries, and lease renewals.

• Ensure timely collection of rent and other property-related payments.

• Monitor occupancy levels and develop strategies to minimize vacancies.

• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and service providers.

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained.

• Manage leases, tenancy agreements, renewals, and tenant documentation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant property, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare regular property management and financial reports.

• Monitor service charge collections and expenditure.

• Manage contractors, suppliers, and other property service providers.

• Identify opportunities to improve property performance, tenant satisfaction, and revenue.

• Handle tenant disputes and resolve issues professionally and promptly.


Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Must be a fully registered Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).

• Must have a valid EBK practising licence.

• Relevant experience in power systems management, preferably within the real estate, property management, construction, or facilities management sector.

• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, generators, transformers, switchgear, and related infrastructure.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
