RESPONSIBILITIES
Rent/service charge collection.Supervision of service providers.Overseeing repairs and maintenance of the building in liaison with the senior property manager.Attending to tenants' issues.Letting and reletting of vacant spaces in liaison with the agency department.Preparation of property reports.
