On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and Project Officer to work in Nairobi, Kenya.
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Officer to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating projects supported by OSELF/F, focusing on eye health initiatives.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partners Data Base Develop and Maintain an up-to date OSELF Partners directory and Projects Data Base Develop and Maintain an up-to Date Data base of directly or indirectly projects supported being by OSELF/F for Coordination and Knowledge sharing Partners Engagement Organize and Conduct partners engagement forums for Refractive error and knowledge sharing Networking Support Project Partnership with OSELF partners (Government Agencies , NGOs, Corporates and Professional organizations) towards scale for eye care services Compliance Ensure OSELF approved eye health Interventions and programs are compliant and aligned with National Eye Health strategies /health policies in Countries of project implementation Continuous Mapping of potential Partners for collaboration and partnership on program scale and sustainability Grants management Ensure the Approved projects are updated within the OPTIMY with periodic reporting scheduled executed as per signed Agreement , Product Ensure the products ordering process, shipment and delivery are executed with partners Ensure effective and timely end to end supply chain for the eye health products (eye glasses ,equipment’s and services are executed for the realization of KPIs) Monitor and support project planning, implementation and evaluation for OSELF approved projects Support the OSELF Team Members achieve the Overall Goal for Africa Do any other assignment as shall be requested by line the manager from time to time in realization of Group Mission.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

A degree in Business ( any field) or communication. Experience using Excel Ability to prepare reports and presentations ( PPT) Ability or ease in Managing supplier / or Partnership relationship
