Quality Management Officer at Crystal Recruit

Responsibilities

• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
• Maintain QA and QC function of the plant
• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
• Make recommendations for improvement
• Work as an assistant to MR
• Guide and train the team
• Create training materials and operating manuals

Requirements

• Graduate in science would be added advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in printing and packaging/Apparel or food industry is highly preferred
• knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, BRCGS or FSSC 22000, HIGG index required
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
