Must have, perfect spoken and written English, people skills, Online & Social Media marketing skills. Management experience in the Hospitality Industry is preferred but not essential. The position offers good salary progression.

Job Description:
•  Answer calls & action enquiries as required,Â
•   Canvass for properties,
•  Attend property take on appointments when required,
- Manage short and long stay properties
•  Listing & Maintaining Properties on Portals
•  Social Media Management,
•  Register applicants & search for requirement matches,
•  Build and Maintain Contacts Database,
•  Customer Care,
•  Conduct and attend appointments viewings and valuations,

Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing & Customer Service
•  Excellent command of spoken & written English
•  Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software
•  Excellent Phone Manner
- Needs to be a resident of Diani or close to Diani for easy commute to office
