Key Responsibilities:
- Feed mother and destination cages and record data accurately
- Collect and record mother and destination cages mortality data
- Bag fish and ensure steady flow of fish
- Move hoses and pipes between mother and destination cages
- Support ops team in setting of nets and ensure cage integrity for fish
- Routine cleaning of platforms and machines
- Any other duty assigned by supervisor/ foreman.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
Knowledge and skills:
- Reporting and record-keeping skills.
- Good observation skills and teamwork.
- Effective communication skills.
- Physical endurance.
- Safety awareness and risk management.
