Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Recruiter for our Mountain View office. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers to ensure the best talent is onboarded. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, effectively using various recruitment channels, and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles. This role also entails maintaining accurate candidate and interview records while delivering an excellent candidate experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in building strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Talent acquisition skills including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple recruitment needs simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and employment regulations.
- Previous experience recruiting for professional services, technical roles, or consulting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mountain View and adapt to team and organizational needs.
