We are recruiting Regional Marketing Managers in all key regions in Africa, Asia, South America, North America, Europe and Asia.
To help facilitate our growth, we are looking or regional marketing managers for the above mentioned regions. The successful candidates will be responsible for new clients, recruiting of qualified sales people, retention of existing clients.
This being a senior position, responsibilities will include; setting goals and targets, hiring/growing/managing a team to help achieve set targets.
Prior experience managing a high performing sales team is highly desired. Knowledge in crypto, derivatives, forex, commodities and other digital asset instruments will be an added advantage
Job Description and Responsibilities
• Focus on hiring and putting systems in place to create a high, performing sales and relationship management. Ideally, you will be able to design the hiring plans, execute, set performance benchmark and set an example of client forecast behavior for a sales team across your region.
• Design and execute a sophisticated approaches to engage key players in the crypto/forex/indices/commodities and all other online tradeable assets
• To help build trust, market brand so as to establish ACEX as a leader in the industry.
• Discover new ways that we can grow customer base while enhancing relationships with existing clients.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to conceive and execute a data backed approach to identify and evaluate business opportunities in our ecosystem that can turn into product prototypes.
Job Qualification Requirements
• Has a strong track record in building client relationships at the executive level from other domains/verticals to build a playbook for clear markets and its use cases.
• Has managed and built successful teams in previous roles.
• Has worked in a startup before and helped grow a business by achieving revenue targets.
• Can grow a product customer base quickly using a variety of methods like sales, referral programs, channel partnerships, multilevel marketing, affiliate marketing and the like.
• Can quickly grasp complex topics and provide solutions for business problems/challenges.
