To manage relationships between AAR and its contracted Medical Providers. Superior interpersonal skills necessary to communicate information to a wide variety of personnel in a clear, concise and well organized manner
. Excellent relationship building skills are required to build relationships with PPOs, specialists and hospitals
. Excellent analytical skills with a particular strength in making sound business decisions
. Ability to use initiative in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges

. Bachelors degree . Legal background is an added advantage
