Job Summary: As a remote travel consultant, responsible for providing customers with travel consultation and customized services through remote channels to meet their travel needs. Responsibilities and tasks:
Customer consultation: Provide customers with personalized travel advice and consulting services through remote methods such as phone, email or online chat.
Customized travel planning: Customize travel itineraries, arrange transportation, hotels and activities based on customer needs and budget.
Destination knowledge: In-depth understanding of each travel destination, including culture, customs, attractions and local characteristics, to provide comprehensive travel advice.
Reservation service: Assist customers to complete online reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals and other services.
Customer Relationship: Establish and maintain good customer relationships, answer questions, and provide after-sales support.
