THE LUXURY KENYAN SAFARIThe Spirit of The Masai Mara is located within the private Siana Conservancy in its own secluded valley overlooking the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve, home of the annual Great Wildebeest Migration.They have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Manager to join their team in Nairobi.Key Functions: Managing all incoming inquiries from agents and direct clientsWriting and designing itineraries for incoming guests including accommodation at the lodge, recommendations for transport by road or air, partner properties, and other activitiesWriting quotations and handling all aspects of the bookingsMonitoring all payments related to bookings and enforcing timely paymentsFollow–up for guest and agent feedback after their stay at Spirit of the Masai MaraTracking of the various booking channels (agent, direct, online, booking platform, etc.)Close working relationship with sales and marketing manager and revenue manager Person Specification Must have keen attention to detail and good communication skills essential both on the phone & with emails.Must have good computer/IT skills and excellent knowledge of the ResRequest Bookings system.Presentation skills are an advantage.Good guest liaison skillsA team playerA go-getter with prior experience in the tourism industry would be an added advantageHighly organised individualMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacityA degree in Sales and Marketing, Tourism/Hospitality from a recognised institution preferred Remuneration/Benefits An attractive salary is on offer dependent on skills, qualifications, and experience.To apply follow the link , quoting the Job Reference in the subject header of your mail.
