Join Our Team as an African Safari Consultant

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an African Safari Consultant. This client-facing role is pivotal in crafting unforgettable safari experiences for our clients. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a love for African adventures, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential, both in verbal and written form. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident in communicating over the phone, understanding and anticipating the needs and preferences of our clients to provide exceptional service.
  • Industry Experience: While knowledge of the African safari industry is preferred, what's most important is your ability to engage and inspire our clients. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar client-facing or tourism-related role is ideal.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to tailor experiences to individual client needs is crucial.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Conducting Sales Calls: Engaging with leads and clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards their dream safari experience.
  • Email Correspondence: Crafting clear, engaging, and informative emails to leads and clients, ensuring all communication is professional and timely.
  • Creating Personalized Safari Quotations: Using your knowledge and expertise to design tailored safari itineraries that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • CRM Management: Regularly updating our Customer Relationship Management system to track client interactions, preferences, and itinerary details.
  • Booking Travel Arrangements: Organizing and confirming hotel and flight itineraries, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients from start to finish.
