Job Title: Solar Sales Executive / Solar Sales Manager

Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy


Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Solar Sales professionals to join our expanding team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar sales, business development, and client relationship management within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful solar project sales.

  • Promote and sell solar PV systems, batteries, inverters, and EPC solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and requirement assessments.

  • Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years of experience in solar sales / renewable energy sales (mandatory).

  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and project costing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.

  • Familiarity with Kenya’s solar market is a strong advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
