Key Responsibilities:

Creating effective work schedules for staff Tracking Inventory Use spreadsheets, customer management software and basic word processing programs. Come up with marketing strategies to ensure we stay competitive Conversant with marketing on social media platforms Resolve customer complaints effectively Managing, motivating and coaching staff to ensure they are meeting their targets Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are observed in the salon at all times General management of the business

Key Qualifications

Educational requirements – Diploma and above in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer service or a related field 3 Years’ experience Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage High standards of service excellence and passion for wellness in general Presentable/ Excellent grooming skills Excellent communication skills Exceptional English language and general communication skills Attention to detail & excellent organizational skills. Presentable and well-groomed with a professional demeanor Team player
