Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

• Using highest standards and practices to ensure financial documents comply with law.

• Ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), tax laws, internal policies and procedures.

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and bank statements.

• Collecting and verifying financial information

• Maintaining general ledger by inputting daily financial transactions.

• Directing other employees and junior Accountants and coordinating with external auditors.

• Preparing payroll for the company.

• Resolving financial problems, performing audits, and analyzing profit and loss.

• Preparing financial statements, producing accounting reports and checking them for accuracy.

• Increasing company revenues and boosting profits.

• Preparing budgets and product costs.

• Executing strategic plan of the company.

• Maintaining financial records and keeping them confidential unless authorized by the management.

• Conduct inventory and stock audits to verify accuracy of records in order to maintain reliable records.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.

• Must have 5 years of managerial experience in accounting, or finance.

• Must have a thorough understanding of accounting principles, practices and software, as well as strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

• Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Must have capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Good delegation and time management skills.

• Proficiency in excel.

• Proficiency in cost accounting methodologies and experience analyzing production costs.

• Familiar or worked in manufacturing sector.

• Willing to live abroad.
