For almost 30 years, HAA has been designing and delivering private residential projects in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, from new builds to extensions to refurbishments.
We are now looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team who will continue to provide a safe pair of hands to our valued clients. This is a hands-on role responsible for technical drawings across all RIBA work stages, working closely with third party consultants and suppliers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Producing technical drawings
• Knowledge of UK planning and Building Regulations
• Providing technical guidance, support and mentoring to junior colleagues
• Coordinating third party consultants & suppliers, and contractors
  

Requirements:

• Ideally a Member of Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT)
• 5+ UK practice-based experience as an Architectural Technologist/Technician working on private residential projects
• Strong technical knowledge with a detail- focused approach
• Proven experience delivering technical drawings for construction
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
