Job Description/Requirements
Beiersdorf will be interviewing for this role during the Careers in Africa London Summit on the 18th and 19th of April 2024.
Your main responsibilities
- Conceptualize further development of our digital landscape to support our business processes
- Assess the compatibility and integration of products and services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies
- Review our system architecture and communicates technical debts including potential for mitigation and automation Act as project lead for various initiatives, such as new modules and software or international roll outs
- Liaison and work together with our internal IT department, headquarter and international HR departmentsÂ
- Requirements engineering, test management, application life cycle management, governance design and execution mainly in the area of Learning and Compensation life cycle, planning and execution.
- Adhere to quality gate, compliance and Audit requirements in designing process and system functionalities.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to define and implement requirements
- Working with software, such as SAP-SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Aconso, Microsoft 365 and more.
- Special focus on Compensation, Learning and Global Mobility processes.
- Conduct IT market research, provide proposals and prototypes, support and consult internal stakeholders
Personal Specification
- Profound professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactors, SAP HCM.
- University degree, preferably in the business or information technology disciplines
- Basic knowledge and expertise in software implementation, IT security, data privacy and SAP, SuccessFactors or other related HR IT technologies including topics e.g., authorizations, integration, access management etc.
- Basic knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, e.g. Scrum & SAFe
- Continuous willingness to learn and ability to perform in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to carry out tasks independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent in German (not mandatory but good to have)
- Be able to attend the recruitment Summit in London on the 18th or 19th of April 2024
