Role Objective
Install and maintain FTTH fiber connections while ensuring reliable service, quality workmanship and timely resolution of network faults.
Key Responsibilities
- Install FTTH fiber optic cables and customer connections.
- Perform fiber splicing and termination where required.
- Test and troubleshoot fiber connections and network faults.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Resolve customer connectivity issues within required timelines.
- Follow technical installation standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of completed installations and repairs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous FTTH or fiber optic experience is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of fiber installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform fiber splicing and termination.
- Good understanding of FTTH network infrastructure.
- Strong technical and customer service skills.
