Duties and Responsibilities
- Install a range of kitchen appliances including:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults efficiently and accurately
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal appliance performance
- Identify and replace faulty components and spare parts
- Provide customers with clear explanations of issues, repair processes, and costs
- Ensure proper testing of appliances after installation or repair
- Maintain accurate service records, including job reports and parts used
- Adhere to all safety standards, especially when handling gas and electrical appliances
- Support warehouse and inventory teams in managing spare parts when required
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company brand standards
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in installation and repair of domestic appliances (gas/electric)
- Strong technical knowledge of kitchen appliances and systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively
